Old Windsor Pre-School was established in 1964 as a non-profit making charity, and is run by a Management Committee whose members are the charity trustees of the Pre-School. Duncan Thomson the current Chairman. Parents run the Management and Fundraising Committees, which both work closely with staff to ensure the smooth running of our Pre-School.

The Pre-School operates from the Memorial Hall in the village and is open to boys and girls between the ages of 2 years 10 months and 5 years old. We are registered to take a maximum of 30 pupils per session, and have an enviable adult to child ratio of 1:6.

We have a team of 9 staff members who all work directly with the children and all hold early years qualifications, the majority of which are to NVQ level 3 or hold the Diploma in Pre-School Practice (DPP).

Old Windsor Pre-School is a member of the Pre-School Learning Alliance, and receives support from the Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership.
